Nintendo Princess Sugar Skull Stuff
I like checking out stuff on Deviant Art and other alternative art web-sites, one web-site I discovered recently is redbubble.com, its kind of similar to Deviant Art but it focuses more on selling merchandise with the art on it. Anyway, I found these renditions of the Nintendo Princesses done in a sugar skull/ dia del muerte style

Oliver Hibert and LSD or something of that nature
Oliver Hibert
I look at this stuff and it reminds me of the black light pictures I had in my room when I was in high school. Its totally groovy and makes me wanna do awesome drugs ... not really .. well maybe? I also like how some of his stuff is quasi explicit, very vagina-ish Y butt-hole-ish but perhaps maybe its my own filthy mind filling in the blanks.
Okay thats a vagina ... kinda |

Posters from the past ... at The Canopy
One of my favorite places in the whole wide world is The Canopy Club (as those of you that know me already know) and one of the things I like the most about the ambiance of the building is all the great art work on the walls. These two Ween posters are from shows that I worked at at the club and they are two of my favorites.

IBIZIOUS !
Occasionally I like to check out videos on Vimeo, they have a lot of interesting clips from around the world and also a lot of student movies. The other night while glancing through the "Staff Picks" I found this little gem. I really like the 80's early 90's look and color schemes used. I thought the product that was being advertised was one thing, and it turned out to be another at the end.. It pulls a nice little bait and switch ... also the production value is good and its pretty funny too .... (I like when it looks kinda like someone is peeing into a video game characters mouth .. was that too much?) Well, anyway, enjoy

Skateboards and Rockin Jellybean
Rockin Jellybean
I really like Santa Cruz Skateboards, I have a Big Foot Cruizer that I love very much. Santa Cruz has a lot of great art work on their boards and some classics from the 80's and 90's one of my favorites is the "Screaming Hand"
Well anyway, I was browsing through the SC website and ran across some really cool boards they have just came out with that the art was done by an artist who calls himself Rockin Jellybean
I thought these boards were really cool, so I did a little research on the artist and thought his stuff was really cool too (thats him in the crazy mask). His other stuff is pretty risque but this is some of the Rated R stuff, (we're adults here right?)

Movie Madness
This last weekend I saw the trailer for Sin City a Dame to Kill For, and thought it looked pretty awesome, so I decided to go see it on Monday night. It was really good, I liked the Film Noir style it employed. Some of the scenes were absolutely gorgeous. There are several points throughout the film that could be taken as still pictures and would still look absolutely breathtaking.
